Pastor Kelly kicked off the year as she continued our the Ready, Set, Go series! We are in a stance to dive into 2024 and see God do something phenomenal! She focused on the power of the tongue and preached from James 3 1-12, Proverbs 18:21 and Romans 10:10.

What will our tongues be used for in 2024? We underestimate the power of the words we profess, as our words are thrown around frivolously and when we get to the end of a period in time, we question God yet we were not intentional with the words we speak. What you confess and profess is the rudder of your life, it is the small thing that moves a giant ship even when the wind is blowing strong. What is the vision you want to say over yourself or others to bring life? Confession is extremely powerful! We speak Christ, we speak life, we reap Christ, we reap life. We are called to confess to God and then we profess to God until the day He returns. We can’t speak defeat and expect victory because you can’t have freshwater pour out of your life if you are speaking salt water into your heart, you need to speak victory!
