Ps Dino Cicatello

Ps Dino started a new series this week titled: “Lead like Jesus” and he said that each one of us have leadership on our lives. In a world that’s consumed by adding to their followers we should be desperate for better leaders in our schools, country, business world even the church. Exodus 18 says that when the leaders take the strain the people walk away blessed.

Ps Dino referred to the chaos in society and said that it is due to a lack of good leadership as leadership is spiritual and not secular, thus leadership is not a position but rather influence. God gave Adam spiritual leadership as His son, seeing as we are God’s children, so do we have leadership in us too so Christian leadership is all about servant leadership.

Generation Z looks at the older Christians to see how they finish their lives, they look at the fruits of your life, all leaders should finish strong, by growing in influence in their communities (home or church).

Romans 2:4 explains why Christians are kind as it leads people to repentance, to be in right standing with God. Each week we’ll talk about a different aspect of leadership, this week Ps Dino looked at the heart of the Christian leader, Proverbs 4:23 and Matthew 20:20-25.
